Psychological therapy focuses on transforming minds, relationships and lives in a manner that is meaningful and aligns with your values. It does so by offering a reflective space to explore and find ways to manage and resolve difficult thoughts and feelings. This includes those that might result from difficulties in your environment, interpersonal dynamics with others and adverse life experiences. 

The process of seeking therapy can be filled with hope for the possibility of experiencing healthy changes. However, it can often be a daunting prospect especially if you are unsure of what to expect. Whatever this evokes in you, seeking therapy is a courageous step and I am passionate about offering clarity and being alongside you during what can be an uncertain but equally liberating process.

About Me

I am Orin Onabanjo, a chartered counselling psychologist with substantial mental health and psychotherapeutic experience. I am committed to helping individuals improve their psychological and relational health, whilst assisting them in strengthening their sense of who they are and living the life they desire.

Whatever painful emotions, troublesome habits or recurrent difficulties you may be struggling with, I can support you to better understand what may be causing and maintaining your problems, with a view to breaking the negative cycle that persists.
